About the Role

Jones Radiology is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient and referrer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing wait times and ensuring seamless communication with patients and referrers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential. We are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
