We are a large Facilities Management organisation looking for a Facilities Coordinator who has Full-Time working rights in a site location in Macquarie Park.

The ideal applicants will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00

Daily duties will include but not be limited to

  • Provide comprehensive support as needed, ad-hoc tasks and other inquires as directed by the Client.
  • Assist in maintaining seamless day to day operations.
  • Foster customer satisfaction, offering problem solving resources, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Managing the cleaning staff and assisting with any duties when needed.
  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of office equipment and premises as needed.

Applicants must have

  • Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning (Preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good computer literacy skills and documentation procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
  • Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
  • Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia

While not required, previous experience in a facilities position would be highly regarded. For the right applicants, we provide uniforms and full training.
