About the Opportunity:

We're seeking an Agency Administrator to supply support to the Agency Team and other departments as required. Aiding across departments with the smooth running of Auctions and day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and facilitation of Auctions
  • Prepare investors packs
  • Manage and maintain records and files
  • General ad hoc, reception and office duties as required
  • Maintenance of data base system (SalesForce)
  • Collating reports and portfolios


About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Indesign is highly regarded
  • Proven admin and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player who can comply to strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
  • Strong can-do attitude
