About Us:
The Independence Crew is a dedicated provider of disability support services committed to enhancing the lives of high needs participants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality support and care to participants with complex needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals, ensuring the wellbeing and independence of participants.
- Foster a positive and empowering environment that promotes inclusion and social engagement.
Requirements:
- 5 years of industry experience or Cert III in Individual Support.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance.
