You will learn the following Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinating bookings between relevant parties which include our technicians and 3rd party subcontractors.
Communicating efficiently with key contacts eg. 3rd party management, residential customers, and colleagues.
Query resolution for all customers.
Processing incoming new resident telecommunication connections.
Contributing to team meetings.
Process and update servicejobsin management software.
Post office runs, milk runs, banking runs etc.
