This role provides the opportunity for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join a growing and supportive team to develop your career.

This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of IT to the business.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Ensure that systems are configured, controlled and maintained for optimal effectiveness, ensuring there is appropriate integration with other systems
  • Assist as a project team member in system deployments
  • Manage and maintain user access rights, profiles, and authorities, controlling administration functions
  • Assist with effective performance of EOM and EOY procedures by devising data governance processes to maintain data integrity and reliability
  • Contribute to the establishment of data reporting platforms, planning effective data backup procedures and devising uptime & fallback strategies

Some qualities/traits you may have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Apps Support / Analyst
  • Experience with Aged Care, or similar industry, systems favourable
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution design and development desirable
  • Skills with c#, JavaScript, HTML and SQL
  • Experience in any workflow, data reporting and document management tools
