About the Role

Firesoft People is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the customer success team to understand and investigate feedback from customers and recommend improvements for the product.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, recommendations in the form of user cases and user stories.
  • Own and facilitate requirements lifecycle sessions.
  • Conduct research to determine if solutions to the business requirements currently exist within the business market.
  • Manage the requirement backlog.
  • Communicate business priorities to the product team to drive effective solutions.
  • Articulate the business vision to the product team.
  • Create user journeys, stories, and process flows in an agile manner.
  • Maintain JIRA.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years' experience in business analysis, end-to-end Agile, or product improvement.
  • Experience working in payments/banking.
  • Confident writing and speaking skills, including technical language.
  • Experience working with APIs and other technical solutions.
  • Desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate concepts succinctly for others.
  • Strong technical understanding, capability, and willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to listen well and summarize information so it can be easily understood by others.
  • Willingness to be flexible when working with global teams.
