About The Role

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team in a Senior Financial Analyst role. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with prior experience working in the property development sector.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the property development sector.
