Training Co-ordinator who is looking to advance their training career and development.
Meshed Group is a well-established and fast-growing IT Software development company that provides multiple software platforms to around 200+ businesses from small to large within the Education sector.
Reporting to the General Manager, this newly created role is an important cog in the Meshed Group Operations and Delivery Team.
We are seeking someone for an initial 6-month contract of 20hrs per week, based in our Alexandria office in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Set training schedules and conduct training delivery to key clients (online and face to face)
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of training materials, delivery, and documentation.
- Provide timely and effective training solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Generate, implement, and maintain training plans and training materials.
- Assist with maintaining current product documentation, e.g. User Guides, Product Functionality documentation
- Record and maintain training related information in Meshed Group systems.
- Review product information and ensure consistency of supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments on technical matters relating to the development and delivery of training.
- Identify areas of development, upskill to expand knowledge, and increase the scope of training delivery.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a training coordinator or similar role.
- Previous experience as a Technical Trainer.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to engage with people across all levels.
- Strong organisational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work within a team environment.
- Demonstrated capability using a wide range of facilitation skills and techniques to deliver learning outcomes.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded.
- Knowledge and experience in the education sector highly regarded.
- Understanding of student management systems related software highly regarded.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Outlook, MS Word Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience using Confluence and Zendesk.
As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment screening which includes reference checking, health screening (including proof of COVID-19 vaccination), drug and alcohol testing.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$50.00 per hour
