To learn more visit About the Role Baw Baw Shire Council is looking for a collaborative and motivated candidate to join our team as our new Service Planning Lead.

You will be our service planning expert, working across the organisation to develop and implement a new program aimed at developing individual service plans and a long-term strategic plan for the organisation for the next ten years plus, ensuring Council is positioning its services for long term community needs.

This is a key pillar of our organisation transformation program.

You will also lead the implementation of Council's service review program, focused on the opportunity to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service offering to the community.

To excel in this role, you'll have great experience in similar role, a collaborative approach, and excellent project management skills.

Your skills in stakeholder engagement and management will be crucial, as will your ability to effectively navigate and lead change.
