Your Opportunity

Primero are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team in Osborne Park.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with timesheets in preparation for payroll
  • Assist with timesheet changes and amendments
  • Send approved timesheets to labor hire agencies on a weekly basis
  • Assist with preparing and uploading labour hour journals into the accounting system
  • Reconciling Labour hire invoices and identify any discrepancies
  • Assist with maintain records (bond register)
  • Assist with entering invoices
  • Provide administrative support tot the finance team
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You 'Can Do'

  • Possess good attention to detail
  • Entry Level accounts skills are desirable but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the Contracting environment is desirable.
  • Experience with Timesheets, ERP Systems or Journal Entries is desirable.
