We are seeking the Personal Assistant and Administration Lead to the Director, Digital Health Training and Adoption, Acting Director Digital Pathology and the Monash Health Contact Centre.

About Monash Health Digital Health Training and Adoption
Monash Health is Victoria's largest public health service. We provide safe, high-quality care to one-quarter of Melbourne's population, across the entire lifespan, from pre-birth to end-of-life. We have over 18,000 employees working in our 7 hospitals and community facilities. Our electronic medical record (EMR) system was implemented across inpatient services in 2019. The Victorian Heart Hospital features an expansion of our EMR and the integration of supporting digital systems.


The Digital Health Training and Adoption, Digital Pathology and the Contact Centre portfolios support clinical and non-clinical electronic systems and equipment including implementation and training of systems including the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), pathology information systems, and telephony systems to offer state of the art services.

Training and adoption activities provide training to all new employees using the EMR and support ongoing adoption of new and existing digital systems.

We work closely with our stakeholders to deliver online training, webinars, user guides for our digital systems.

This role can be carried out in-office with the option of allocated working from home following Monash Health guidelines.

  • Experience as an administration officer and personal assistant
  • Experience using Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
