The Role

  • As a Platform Investment Services Analyst, you will ensure processing of all relevant Wrap Custody functions and administrative requirements relating to managed and fixed investments are completed as required by Wrap Platform Funds (inclusive of Superannuation and IDPS). You will ensure records are maintained timely, completely, compliant to relevant legislation, and investment holdings are accurately allocated to all member accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily operations efficiently and timely, including transacting of managed/fixed investments, wrap platform pricing, asset maintenance, managed fund distributions and inspecie transfers
  • Monitor and facilitate frozen fund redemption windows
  • Carrying out fund terminations
  • Assist with Wrap Custody Platform Investment Services reporting requirements and reconciliations, including the provision of IDPS Tax Statement data
  • Assist with identification and mitigation of risk within Platform Investment Services processes and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to benefit stakeholders and clients

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Business, Accounting, or similar tertiary qualification
  • Proven experience in finance/securities industry
  • Custody experience in retail superannuation platforms
  • Knowledge of Managed Funds, Term Deposits and Annuities
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to engage and be empathetic with team members
  • Keen willingness to learn new things and identify opportunities
  • Attention to detail, patience, and superior organisational skills
