They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help support a Senior Property Manager with a mix of in-office and out-of-office duties

The Role:

  • Assist the friendly and experienced Senior Property Manager
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Lodge and follow-up maintenance work orders
  • Conduct entry and exit condition reports
  • Application processing
  • Open homes and private inspections
  • Administration & lease sign-up packs

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate highly regarded
  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Corporate presentation
  • Has excellent time management skills
