Eligibility Specialist or highly experienced case manager to step up into the role.
We are looking for a real-life person - not just a Senior Claims Processor - you'll be joining a culture that is a cut-above the rest, treating their employees as family.
From Day, 1 you'll receive an industry leading induction and be presented with a clear trajectory on how to advance your career alongside like-minded colleagues.
The role:
- Liability Management of New Claims
- Provision of Sound Technical Advice to Case Managers
- Employer and Employee Contact
- Driving early Return to Work initiatives on claims
- Preparing Claims for Conciliation where required
What You'll Bring
***You're the face of the Claims Service for injured workers and clients, so passion and empathy are in you DNA.

- You are a WC guru Healthy claims experience across the legislation is a given
- You know you'll thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic industry, coupled with strong comms skills
- Extensive claims/case management experience
- Passionate around delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrive on working towards positive outcomes for the community
- Exceptional Legislation Knowledge surrounding workcover claims
- A proven background in managing workcover claims
- Sound decision making skills within workcover claims
- Strong attention to detail
