About the Position
This role requires a strong technical background to decipher intricate legal modifications and independently oversee projects focused on enhancing services and technology. As the ER Lead, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Keeping abreast of ER and IR trends, offering recommendations and evaluating the impact of these adjustments on the business.
  • Utilizing problem-solving and negotiation skills to devise effective solutions and develop technical content to bolster the business's ER services.
  • Producing resources for diverse audiences and gauging the value and effectiveness of your work
  • Addressing inquiries, providing feedback, and contributing to team growth.
  • Aiding in future planning and managing ER content for stakeholders.

About You
With a degree qualification, you possess a comprehensive technical grasp of all aspects of Employee Relations and Fair Work. You are proactive, results-driven, and thrive on challenges with a growth-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with competent and supportive team members in an environment that is non-bureaucratic, fast-paced, and injects a sense of enjoyment into the workplace.

Please be aware that this position requires onsite presence five days a week.
