Mentor proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment. Mentor achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment.

Mentor tailor their services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.
