The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Pyrmont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtime, ensuring clients' nutritional needs are met
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in disability and aged care, with a strong understanding of individualized support principles
  • Relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support, such as a Certificate III or IV in Disability
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Manual handling skills and experience
