About the Role


Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, this role is critical in ensuring compliance with all Prestige Inhome Care accreditation and compliance programs.


Other areas of responsibility include:

  • Contract management and support (providing assistance in ensuring compliance of Broker and Contractor service agreements)
  • Internal Audit and Compliance
  • Reporting providing risk and quality performance updates
  • Any other administrative and/or compliance duties as required


This is a highly administrative role, that is 80% technical and will require a detail oriented professional to ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained.


About You
You are detail oriented and enjoy working behind the scenes. Being organised comes naturally to you.

You are usually thinking a step ahead because you like to know that things are not simply done but done well.

You have demonstrated success working within a complex and demanding operational environment.

You have strong and clear communication skills.

You are able to build and maintain successful working relationships and are able to liaise with various departments well with the ability to show initiative and work independently.

The team you support rely on you to make sure everything is compliant, up to date and has a place.

You treat everything methodically and neatly with great attention to detail. Working well within timelines, with accuracy and an eagle eye for detail is just how you do business. You're probably the organiser of your group. You make the bookings, make sure everyone knows the time and where to meet up.

You understand OH&S legislation.

You come with a strong administration background, with demonstrated computer literacy to an intermediate level in relation to MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Databases.

An understanding of Disability and Aged Care Standards as well as ISO is desirable but not essential.
