About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rostering Officer to join our team at Healthscope Independence Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and efficient staff rosters to meet client needs and service requirements.
  • Manage scheduling and roster inquiries, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Match staff skills and availability with client needs to ensure optimal coverage and balanced workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff hours, shifts, and roster adjustments using rostering software.
  • Ensure compliance with SCHADS and company policies, preparing and presenting reports on staffing and scheduling metrics as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling/rostering in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience with rostering software.
  • Knowledge of Disability Services and Support plans.
  • Demonstrated empathy and caring attitude.
  • Valid NDIS check.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated.
  • Right to work in Australia.
