Due to continued growth of our business, we have a fantastic new role for a Client Engagement Lead to join our team. The key purpose of this role is o support the success of the client journey and enhance client engagement

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Re-energising underutilised client relationships, maximising their service value.
  • Designing and executing targeted activation campaigns, eliminating roadblocks and boosting service usage.
  • Leveraging data insights to optimize our offerings, ensuring clients consistently thrive.
  • Proactively identify trends impacting engagement and create data-driven strategies for long-term client success.
  • Providing insightful reports for senior management, driving impactful decisions.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through leadership, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Champion the evolution of onboarding and engagement strategies, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Embrace a forward-thinking mindset, strategically planning to anticipate evolving client needs and market trends.

  • You will have experience in salesforce and ideally Marketo or an automation platform
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
