The client is a leading firm specializing in residential and commercial renovations. They provide a range of services, including home and apartment renovations, commercial upgrades, and shop fit-outs. Position Overview: We are looking for a part-time Sales Specialist to support appointment scheduling and follow-ups. This role is essential for facilitating a smooth sales process as the initial point of contact for prospective clients. The specialist will adhere to the owner's specific sales training curriculum and guidelines to effectively manage their responsibilities.
Objective:
The goal of this Sales Specialist role is to improve our sales efficiency by providing a consistent and professional first point of contact for potential clients. By managing cold calls, scheduling appointments from advertising leads, and diligently following the sales training curriculum, the specialist will enhance the sales process, boost client acquisition, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of communication and organization, utilizing designated tools and platforms to support the sales team and ensure client satisfaction from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule appointments from advertising leads as the first point of contact.
  • Strictly follow the specific sales training curriculum and guidelines.
  • Exhibit excellent English communication skills to interact professionally with clients.

  • Sales Techniques: Ability to adhere to a specific sales training curriculum and apply effective sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Teams for communication and project management software.
