QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Previous experience in an agency setting is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the CX domain across web development, ideally managing or leading projects that involve multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to identify and effectively drive new business opportunities from inception to conversion.
