ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Take responsibility for revenue and forecasting management across accounts, ensuring precise reporting.
- Oversee, maintain, and be accountable for a robust pipeline of client growth.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
- Comprehensive strategic and commercial insight.
- Proven experience in a comparable role, demonstrating measurable contributions to an organization, project, or team.

- Previous experience in an agency setting is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the CX domain across web development, ideally managing or leading projects that involve multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to identify and effectively drive new business opportunities from inception to conversion.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
