At Cement Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Darra. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the HR department, including processing new starters, terminations, and employment changes in SAP, as well as managing the business organisational structure.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collating and uploading training documents into the training platform (SABA), setting up online training as requested and approved by stakeholders, and managing the central HR Support and Training inbox.

You will also be the first point of contact for all HR systems, processes, and master data queries, and will work closely with IT, Finance, and other specialists to ensure maximum use of available data and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing new starters, terminations, and employment changes in SAP
  • Managing the business organisational structure
  • Collating and uploading training documents into SABA
  • Setting up online training as requested and approved by stakeholders
  • Managing the central HR Support and Training inbox
  • Providing people master data reporting support to the HR team and business

About you:

We are looking for a driven self-starter with strong initiative, intermediate Excel skills, and solid knowledge and understanding of HR and IT systems. You will have high attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

You will also have the ability to build effective relationships with and influence leaders who are typically remote, and knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and Payroll systems (SAP strongly preferred).
