Broad FC role – 2i C to CFO – Western Sydney.

Up to $200,000 base + super + STI This established business has a strong share within its segment, has a high brand presence and is growing rapidly.

Selling wholesale via B2 B channels they are now expanding to more international territories.

With some recent investment from a top tier growth PE fund, they now require a strong Financial Controller/Head of Finance to support the Founders, board and operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will have overall responsibility for accounting, transactional and commercial finance functions of the business.

Managing and leading a committed and developing team, you will deliver both the reporting and insight to help the executives and board make more informed decisions.

This will give you exposure to treasury, banking, and increasing CFO responsibilities as you take on more to free the CFO to focus on strategy.

This will suit someone who wants to have real ownership and accountability for a finance function.

You will be CA/CPA qualified and should be an existing (experienced) Finance Manager or Financial Controller who wants to make a greater impact in a smaller organization.

Ideally you have experience of manufacturing, inventory, product-based sectors and exposure to Net Suite is a huge plus.
You must be 'hands-on', and not precious about the work you do.

Additionally, you must have the confidence and maturity to manage different stakeholders and engage with a high profile, sophisticated but very supportive board.
