We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, preferably with expertise in the Return to Work Act. However, individuals with experience in related jurisdictions such as insurance, personal injury litigation, and HR/IR are also encouraged to apply.

  • A confident individual at ease with oral advocacy during conciliation and regular directives;
