Our client, an award-winning law firm with a stellar reputation in employment law and workplace sectors, is seeking an employment lawyer with 2 to 5 years of PAE to join our team due to increased demand.

This role involves direct client engagement on various employment law matters, including discrimination, bullying, and unfair dismissals.
Our clients include prominent brands and individuals, including executives and directors.
This role encompasses both advisory and litigation work.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive counsel and representation to employers across state and federal tribunals and courts, covering a range of claims such as unfair dismissal applications, general protection applications, contractual disputes, and discrimination complaints.

Foster collaboration within our national team and engage with other practice groups to ensure a well-rounded client service.
Enjoy opportunities for direct client interaction through secondment opportunities, leveraging our team's exceptional client relationships.

About You:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as an employment lawyer in private practice or in-house.
