Across the state, we provide clinical pharmacy services within our four major hospitals, as well as the manufacturing of products, chemotherapy preparation, clinical trials, outpatient dispensing and therapeutic drug monitoring.

Our research program is highly-developed, with many of the team presenting each year at the Society of Hospital Pharmacists National Conference.

Details of Appointment:
Permanent, full-time, shift worker positions, working 76 hours per fortnight (part-time negotiable with successful applicants)
- _Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies._

Salary:
$77,737 per annum + 11% superannuation (this salary will be in effect from the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 December 2024)
- _Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Public Sector Agreement No.2 of 2022_

Salary Packaging:
Access to a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year

Relocation Assistance:
Support for travel, relocation and initial accommodation costs may be negotiated

Professional Development:
$1,000 per annum entitlement for professional development course fees (daily wage, flights, accommodation, daily allowance paid in addition to this)

Eligibility:

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council.
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. For preregistration (intern) pharmacists: Eligible for provisional registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
