Role Overview The GM – Sales & Commercial will play a crucial role in shaping our future.

This position involves driving new business, establishing and maintaining relationships with our key customers, spearheading strategic initiatives, and leading a dynamic team of Key Account Managers.

We're focused on expanding our footprint in the energy, water, resources and mining industries, and we need your expertise to reach our ambitious goals.


Responsibilities Business Development:
Generate new opportunities and partnerships in the energy, resources, water, environmental and mining sectors.

Leadership:
Guide and inspire a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborative success.

Strategy:
Craft and execute strategies to boost Qteq's market presence and customer base.

Relationship Management:
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to better align our solutions.

Market Insight:
Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements, positioning Qteq as a leader in innovation.

Strong background in sales within the energy, resources and/or mining industries.

Technically Savvy:
Technical / engineering knowledge and experience is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams towards achieving business targets.

Communication:
