RequirementsPerformance Objectives for this role:
Develop and Implement Revenue Growth Strategies : Devise comprehensive strategies to increase revenue streams from existing customers and acquire new ones.
Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention :
Implement initiatives to attract new customers while ensuring high retention rates among existing ones.
Establish Sales Processes and Systems :
Develop efficient sales processes and utilise the existing CRM to manage sales pipelines effectively
Lead Sales Team:
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and setting clear performance targets
Customer Success Management:
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
International Expansion:
Develop and execute strategies for expanding into new international markets within Higher Education
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to achieve revenue objectives.
