As our Due Diligence Review Manager, you will reporte to the Due Diligence Manager, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of complex due diligence, vetting and screening actions on a day-to-day basis.

Additionally, you'll contribute to training and upskilling team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Due Diligence Analyst to step up in a role that will be instrumental in navigating into the Star Remediation journey and become incorporated into our BAU activity beyond the program.

A few of your responsibilities As part of the due diligence process, effectively collate, analyse and evaluate complex information from a range of sources including commercial and open-source databases.

Organise and coordinate training schedules to optimise learning opportunities and keep the team updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Conduct complex due diligence in accordance with both the AML/CTF Program and the mandatory ECDD Standing Operating Procedures.
Streamline and execute effective onboarding processes for new members, promoting a smooth integration into the team.
Regularly review team work to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

What we are looking for At least 5 years' experience working in a due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance related environment.

Management experience, leading and coaching team members.
High level research, analytical critical thinking skills and the proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Comprehensive understanding relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements About You You will play a pivotal role conducting thorough due diligence, handling compliance tasks independently, and making informed decisions on complex issues.

You have experience facilitating comprehensive training programs to upskill team members, ensuring a supportive work environment.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Controls Team in navigating through remediation at The Star.
