Your Role:

  • Following the guideline and delivering the best result of Online ads and campaigns for TMGM Globally
  • Define and deliver the outcomes for programmatic, social, and SEM campaigns for our direct & agency advertisers, including implementation, delivery, optimization, and recommendations
  • Provide strategic digital media recommendations for alwayson and campaignbased activity, utilizing a datadriven approach through TMGM's data platform and other data sources
  • Commercial & margin management across all campaigns & advertisers you are responsible for, ensuring we are delivering outcomes in the most costeffective manner
  • Engage and partner with SEM, social and programmatic vendors to keep across the everchanging landscape.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years' experience in Digital Marketing and an expert in either Paid Social or Programmatic and a strong track record in execution and implementation of successful digital strategies
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in Performance Media and an exceptional ability to hold your own throughout daytoday day dealings
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, logical thinker, and high attention to detail
  • Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong sense to understand of SEA Market/ Chinese-Speaker Market
  • Knowledge and experience with advertising, digital tracking, attribution & analytical suites (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong platform knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads & Programmatic buying
  • Adobe analytics experience is a bonus but not required
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance and/or marketing preferred
  • Strong Presentation skills
