Working with global, diverse, and inclusive teams, you'll have the chance to develop valuable skills, explore your passions and make a positive impact beyond your role.- About the role- Working within a structured team and under the guidance of authorised Underwriters, the aim of this role is to utilise and develop a broad knowledge across multiple lines of business to handle complex tasks across the commercial, General Insurance portfolio and work closely with Underwriters & Service Consultants, including the wider team to ensure service activities are achieved within time frames specified.- The Assistant Underwriter acts as an account representative by responding to service matters and coordinating with appropriate business partners both internal and external for resolution.

- Important to your success- 1+ years insurance experience (desirable)

  • Proficient in the use of, Excel, Word and other software packages necessary to the role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain trustful, working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong eye for detail and problem solving ability
