Opportunity to be based in either our South Brisbane or Mount Waverley (Vic) offices.


Join a successful and expanding organisation to provide generalist WHS support and advice to managers while developing and implementing WHS and Wellbeing policies, procedures and programs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and the cultural change approach with a proactive focus on safety culture
  • Provide support for managers and supervisors as required to understand their obligations and complete their due diligence
  • Develop and update WHS procedures and supporting documents
  • Identify and provide risk assessments for identified hazards and complete routine reviews of hazards
  • Maintain and update the group hazards register
  • Complete internal audits and incident reports
  • Host for government inspectors from WHS Bodies
  • Coordinate with other Icon teams for quality and safety requirements
  • Support the rehabilitation and return to work of all employees
We are seeking a proactive and conscientious individual who has excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

You will have the ability to build solid working relationships with various stakeholders in the business through effective communication skills.


Skills & experience:

  • Diploma in WHS/OHS
  • Previous experience as a WHS Advisor or similar role
  • Rehabilitation and Return to Work
  • Internal Auditing Skills
  • Experience with WHS policy and procedures development and advice
  • Knowledge on wellbeing program and development
