Norwood, Australia Digitron Pty Ltd Full time

We are looking for a part time book-keeper to assist with routine accounting tasks for Digitron as well its sister international companies (all use Xero).

Your work will be supervised by our accountants.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Entry of weekly invoices
  • Processing payroll in xero
  • Scheduling payments to contractors and suppliers
  • Managing payables, receivables, and invoice financing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General filing and office administration

Skills and experience include:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Highly competent with Xero
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and attention to detail

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay:
$ $60.00 per hour

  • Norwood, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
  • Xero: 1 year (required)
