Location - Parramatta

Employment type - Full-Time, Ongoing

Salary - $101,947 to $112,849 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role


Contribute to CSNSW's success by collecting and analysing HR data and metrics to support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and for translating it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.


What you'll do

  • Provide accurate and complete workforce analysis to internal stakeholders to facilitate HR planning, assist divisions to manage staff and plan workforce improvements
  • Provide analytical support to improve workforce strategies
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the unit and support internal clients requiring analysis and insight
  • Proactively assist internal stakeholders with analysis of workforce data and support in using Human Capital Management systems to improve operational performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with other business areas and service providers, ensuring business information is managed and processed in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required and to improve overall reporting practices and the data capabilities of the Department and service providers
  • Contribute to responses to Ministerial, Cabinet or Department requests
  • Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and provide feedback to each other on work undertaken
  • Work across the HR Directorate to contribute to a seamless endtoend HR service that is client orientated and outcomes focussed

  • Enjoys working with numerical data to develop meaningful insights
  • Has practical and relevant HR experience
  • Is interested in understanding the customers needs and working with a large diverse range of stakeholders to progress workforce strategies and improve outcomes
  • Has the capability to present complex ideas and information to staff at all levels
