Grants and Projects Advisor

  • Immediate Start 6 month initial commitment
- $380.00 daily rate plus Super

  • Hybrid Model 2 days in the Parramatta Office


An exciting opportunity to work with a State Government department has become available for an experienced Grants and Project Advisor to join and support the Grants Unit for NSW.


You will assist with the management of various grants programs and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across culturally diverse backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide project support, including reporting on project plans.
  • Collate data and prepare grant assessment documentation and reports to make recommendations to improve service delivery.

About You

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and related experience in grants administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving business technology systems ad reporting.
  • Experience SmartyGrants or similar systems desirable but not essential.
