About the role


To support our success we are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Investment Operations & Performance team based in
Sydney.


As a Team Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Head of Investment Operations and team support for the broader Investment Operations team.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate team meetings, which includes determining the meeting rhythm, producing and distribute Investment Operations meeting papers according to the agreed schedule including agendas, slide packs, minutes, and other documents.
  • Project management of Board and Committee papers, reports and/or other submissions.
  • Liaise with facilities on site in Brisbane to arrange Investment Operation & meetings, catering etc. for the Brisbane based members of the team.
  • Provide administration support to the Head of Investment Operations (such as, diary management, travel, team meeting coordination, travel bookings and expense management) and any other adhoc office/administration support.
  • Manage team obligations, such as Extra Textual & Compliance Learning to facilitate team compliance.
  • Assist Investment Operation team members with travel logistics, including arranging meeting schedules.
This role is available as a
permanent opportunity.

About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a superannuation fund or other financial institution.
  • Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Business school or other relevant office administration knowledge/ qualifications.
  • Organisational skills, ability to think clearly and calmly at all times.
  • A strong ability to prioritise tasks and a willingness to seek timely guidance/clarification when required.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues quickly.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
