This role is as much about project management as it is marketing.

Focusing on the increasingly popular and socially relevant Mental Health and Wellbeing portfolio, you will drive new product innovation across multiple Asian markets.

This role is suitable for someone with a passion for people and driving outcomes by working cross-functionally with people in different locations.


To be successful in this role, you will have strong project coordination skills gained in an NPD and Innovation role, or in a junior marketing role where you have delivered innovation projects into overseas markets.

You will also use your strong date analysis and knowledge of marketing to deliver consumer research and market trends.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver projects within the innovation pipeline. This will include consumer research and consumer insight development, idea generation, preparation of the business plans, stage gate management, go to market plans and post launch review
  • Assisting in planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns, including leading the delivery of the below the line campaigns
  • Development of global segment toolkits
  • Support the Global Brand Management team in the key growth initiatives

Who are you?

  • A marketing professional with some experience delivering innovation into multiple overseas markets or from an Innovation/Project Coordination background looking to step into a marketing role
  • A real people person, able to persuade and influence
  • Great with date, delivering insights to drive decisions and support ideas
  • Strong project management/coordination skills
