About the role:
The College is seeking an energetic and competent Director of Operations (P-12) to oversee managerial, strategic, and operational tasks ensuring the smooth running of the school during a period of growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Risk management.
  • Compliance.
  • Scheduling.
  • Process improvements.
  • Timetable management.
  • Supporting key school leaders in realizing the College's vision.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for educational leaders to gain experience in various crucial aspects of school management and enhancement.

About you:
To be considered for this role, you should possess suitable teaching qualifications and have experience in primary or secondary education. You must excel in planning, administration, communication, and problem-solving. Additionally, a willingness to collaborate with others to enhance student learning is essential.

If you exhibit excellent teaching practices as per the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, are open to feedback, and are passionate about instilling resilience and discipline in young individuals, you might be a perfect fit.
