About the Role and You

We are searching for an energetic Executive Director with strong leadership and management skills to oversee Integrity and Employee Relations. This role requires a skilled leader capable of handling a variety of integrity and employee relations matters, including industrial relations strategy, investigations, negotiation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing government priorities and ensuring exceptional client service. Collaboration with both internal and external parties is vital, as is providing top-level leadership.

Performance will be evaluated based on four key perspectives: financial, stakeholders and outcomes, internal business, and learning and growth. The Executive Director will oversee the efficient use of resources within budget limits, engage with unions and key stakeholders, lead business improvement strategies, and advocate for professionalism and team development. This position requires a dedicated individual with a proven track record of leadership, a legal background, and expertise in relationship-building.

This role reports to the Assistant Director-General, Human Resources, and necessitates a committed individual devoted to serving the government and the people of Queensland.
