We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator - Jnr PM – Part-time 3 days pw - Ecommerce, Shopify, Magento, Digital – to assist the lead PM to manage the technology-delivery of new ecommerce platform for a large retail business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with ideally, ecommerce technology experience – to manage and implement a number of changes across their business. You will assist the lead PM to manage a number of professional services and specialist ecommerce providers, to deliver business strategic goals to help change the way customers are engaged, whilst delivering significant market spend, driving business revenue.

This role of IT Project Coordinator - Jnr PM – Part-time 3 days pw - Ecommerce, Shopify, Magento, Digital will support the Lead PM to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget and schedule expectations.

Key responsibilities will be including, but not limited to the following:

  • Develop, maintain, monitor and coordinate project schedules, budgets and timelines
  • Schedule and organise technical teams for the delivery of the project
  • Track and report on project progress, including milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Attend meetings to identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact schedule, costs, or quality
  • Work with external vendors including service provider, training partners and suppliers to achieve best outcomes
  • Assist the Lead PM with reporting to Executive sponsor and steering committee, including taking minutes from meetings, preparing reports, steer co packs and updates.
  • Apply SCRUM methodology to guide teams in project implementation and delivery.

The role:

  • Role based in Sydney CBD onsite
  • 5 month contract
  • Part-time - MAX 3 days per week

You must have:

  • 2 years+ in a Mid level / Jnr Project Manager or Project Coordinator role
  • Ideally have experience of ecommerce platforms or systems Ecommerce, Shopify, Magento in a large corporate or commercial environment
  • Agile / Scrum experience, ideally certified
  • Must have experience building and driving relationships with external partners
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach with a strong bias to action
  • An ability to manage competing priorities and to collaboratively engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills with attention to detail, report writing
