The Role


This role will provide event and administrative support to the College's Victorian regional office, located in Melbourne, during onsite events and other member activity.


Tasks to be completed include:

  • Setup and pack down of meeting rooms
  • Facilitating smooth running of events by replenishing catering supplies
  • Clearing away and running commercial dishwasher during and after events
  • Assisting attendees to gain access to meeting rooms
  • Administrative support to prepare event and project materials, including name badges, attendance lists and delegate bags.
Work will be sporadic and different from week to week. Work may take place during the day or evening, weekdays or weekends,

Desired Skills and Experience:

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an events/hospitality role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good customer service
  • Techsavvy
  • Cando attitude
Experience in Zoom would be advantageous.
