Job Description

About the Role

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop asset strategies that achieve a balance between policy and commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities include implementing commercial models, resolving stakeholder needs, and identifying growth opportunities.

About You

  • Degree in property, finance, project management, or related fields
  • Extensive experience in finance facilitation and property investment
  • Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Expertise in financial analysis and property transactions
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and corporate planning

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with corporate and government goals
  • Formulate stakeholder communication strategies
  • Demonstrate DV values and sustainability objectives
  • Lead investment proposals and financial models
  • Manage funding, finance, and legal strategies for investments
  • Identify opportunities for strategic objectives through property investments
  • Lead and inspire the Investment Strategy team
  • Manage performance and development of team members
