The role:

  • Roll out of all creation and direction for brand visual merchandising initiatives and strategy
  • Coach, mentor and educate your team and instore staff on VM standards and practice
  • Work with the wider business on new store openings, refurbishments, sale promotions and new product launches
  • Enhancing the commerciality of the business through all store touchpoints and reporting on trend analysis
  • Support your National VM with developing the customer journey and experience in stores
  • Drive store presentation in store

Ideal skillset:

  • Previous experience in a senior VM capacity within an apparel business
  • A creative flair and trend awareness, you have a strong eye for detail
  • You know how to execute plannograms and adapt accordingly to fit varying store layouts
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, you will be working with internal store teams as well as senior stakeholders
  • Analytical and can effectively utilise sales data to maximise VM
  • A can do, positive attitude and an infectious energy
  • Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills
  • You must have a valid license and vehicle to be considered for this position._
