In this role, you'll:

Working as part of the future mobility team delivering pathbreaking solutions in Decarbonising New South Wales while improving the customer experience and minimising disruption to customer services by effectively managing crucial projects.

This role will see you as a proactive member of the team trying to accelerate the green transition.

You would provide high level support for the core project management tasks, ensuring effective coordination, control and reporting of the project progress.

Partner between the Internal stakeholders and the external partners to build capability and support the successful execution of project activities, share specialist information and report on risks, barriers and mitigation.

You will assist and monitor the delivery of projects including assessing business requirements, identifying risks, issues and proactive problem resolution.

You will also(but not limited to): Participate in and minute Stakeholder/ Project Governance meetings, provide key information and inputs as required, and ensure actions arising from the meeting are being followed through; Maintain detailed records and produce regular progress reports for internal and external distribution; thereby preparing periodical reporting and documentation required to inform relevant stakeholders of key project information Ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency in project delivery, cost and risk management across the project lifecycle Your stakeholder engagement, problem solving, collaboration and influencing skills formed by working across high impact innovative projects will see you excel in this role.

You have great project management skills along with an exceptional ability to connect with people across levels and functions.

You possess Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enable the identification of risks, issues and opportunities.

Your high level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders will set you up for success in this role.

Any experience in or knowledge of projects relating to renewable energy, sustainability or reducing carbon emission, would be highly regarded.

You are someone who is adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment with an ability to be flexible and take on challenges with finesse and ease.

Problem solving will be second nature which you will manage with confidentiality and sensitivity in mind at all times.
