This full cycle development and construction business are led by some of the Industry's most respected and accomplished leaders with a proven track record for developing and delivering a wide range of assets.

Mixed use precincts, Residential, Hospitality, Commercial developments across the East Coast of Australia, project diversity of significant scale of projects are on offer.

Expanding its operations with secured projects, a Senior Project Manager is required to join the team on multiple diverse $100m+ projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets and maintain financial performance
  • Establish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project records
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variations
  • Generate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risks
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Work in tandem with project management and other departments to facilitate smooth project operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5 + years of experience in an engineering role with a Tier 1/2/3 Head Contractor or Developer Builder in Sydney working to Australian building standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software programs
