The Organisation:

This provider boasts a diverse educational group, supporting international students throughout their academic journey, with global offices and expertise in the international student market.


The Opportunity:

This role will see supporting four executives and the wider team, for such listed activities:

  • Supporting the CEO, Dean and GM's for scheduling meetings,
  • Document control, preparing meeting agendas, expense reconciliations and reporting
  • Booking and coordinating of travel requests
  • Coordination of onsite events or guest meetings, arranging catering and meeting room set up
  • Ownership of office management tasks, such as ordering office stationary, organising mail and parcel collection
  • Overseeing the general maintenance of office supplies, equipment and teaching materials,
  • Additional adhoc general administrative support where required.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar educational administrative capacity, midsenior level
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Ability to be flexible, in supporting multiple stakeholders in the executive team
  • Immediate availability & close proximity to Parramatta.
