We would love you to have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
  • Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
  • Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • A current Qld Blue Card
  • Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Our Company


Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector.

Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs.

We even have our own dietician We value our team and offer the latest professional development opportunities as well as hosting our own conference with key note speakers.


Our Centre

Woodcrest Early Education Centre are located next door to Woodcrest College with our entrance on Commercial Drive in Springfield. Our centre has been rated as an
Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). We can care for up to 265 children per day and offer a huge range of quality programs for our children such as bush kindy, healthy eating programs as well as language and music opportunities.
