As an upshot of growth, they are now looking for a Lawyer or Associate to join their thriving Commercial and IT practice in Sydney.
Commercial & Technology Team
The firm's Commercial team advise on the whole gamut of commercial matters, with a particular focus on the Technology and Telecommunications and Entertainment & Media industries.
They are widely recognised for having a number of leading practitioners who provide expert advice to clients on all commercial matters including procurement & outsourcing, franchising, licencing, joint ventures & strategic partnerships, marketing & sales and data protection.
Given the global reach of the firm, they are able to operate effectively at a national level as well as on a cross-border basis.
Position Description
In this role, you will work closely with an esteemed partner within the group, advising on high profile tech transactions, IT procurement and outsourcing, digital businesses, e-commerce, cloud computing, and distribution and confidentiality matters.
You will also be involved in an exciting mix of general commercial and contracting matters for major private sector clients.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' post-admission experience in commercial matters from a well respected international, Australian or boutique firm. Exposure to technology related matters would be beneficial, though not strictly required.
In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and drafting skills;
- A strong sense of commerciality and client service; and
- An ability to work with high levels of responsibility and within a close knit team.
